Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza is a beautiful actress that has left a lasting impression in the small screen. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. The family moved to Texas in pursuit of an occupation as an exercise physiotherapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas and then relocated into Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles that included local independent films and worldwide commercials. Although she only had a few part-time roles, she quickly realized her love for acting. After moving into New York and in 2001 she got her first acting gig on the daytime soap show All My Children as Rosa Santos. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she acted smaller roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. She landed her major role in 2004's short film The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV celebrities like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable performance was on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. After that, she was a part of the brief, but short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza received nominations for a variety of awards, including Best Supporting Actress-TV by Imagen Foundation Awards as well as a number of ALMA Award nominations. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her the Impact Award, which is an award for the best performances in a drama television series. Then, a short time later De La Garza was cast as a character on CSI Miami in a recurring role. Her role was Marisol Delko as the lover of David Caruso's Horatio. She was Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. The show lasted for two seasons before it was removed. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are an ethnically-mixed woman of Italian descent and has a younger brother Cory who is 10 years younger than her. Milano was born into the strictest and most religious family. Milano's career began at age seven, as her babysitter took the girl to an audition. She was one of four girls selected from among thousands of hopefuls. Milano performed in television advertisements and on off-Broadway plays, among them the first American musical version to Jane Eyre.
