Sandrine Holt was born Sandrine Ho on November 19 1972, in London. Her parents are Chinese and French parents. When she was five, she moved to Toronto, Canada, and has been calling it home since then. She began as a Paris catwalk models before deciding to pursue a career as an actress. Her film debut was as Annuka as Annuka in Black Robe (1991). The role she played in the film was recognized by The Genie Award (Canadian Oscar). Rapa Nui Risen In Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas and Dance with the Murderer were then followed by guest appearances in Poltergeist The Uncanny Force and Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension. In John Woo s The Thief she played a major role in the development of the show for 22 episodes. In 2004, the film Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation was released, and can be seen only on DVDVHS and Resident Evil Apocalypse was released. In 2006 she was able to get a bigger character in 24 and Twenty Four and Runaway. Holt's career began with appearances on TV as guest stars as well as smaller movies. Holt then took the role of a leader in Hostages In 2013, and a secondary role in Netflix's House of Cards. The actress played Julie Han as part of the US remake The Returned and Dr. Bethany Exner.
